Stuffs

Stuffs encompasses the intrigue of medium, blurring boundaries within painting and sculpture. This group of emerging artists explore the curiosities of material to make work that deals with both experience and beauty.

Raymonde Beraud, Jumpei Kinoshita, Cyrus Shroff, Emma Taylor and Sarah Tew’s artistic practice is centred around their distinctive dialogues with material - each of them tackles the ideals of their medium, navigating its nature and limitations. Stuffs articulates a momentary conclusion of these independent dialogues with material, presenting individual modes and degrees of representation.

Stuffs includes the work of current students from The Slade School of Fine Art, Goldsmiths and a recent graduate from Byam Shaw School of Art.
